I change
lifting routine last week so i can get cut.
before, for all my workout beside legs and abs, it was 5 reps of 7 sets.
But last week, i did 5 sets with 8 reps.
And on Friday, i worked out my bicep and tricep, and what happen is that my left arm bicep now is alot softer then my right one. And when i flex, my right arm bicep is more noticable bigger then the left.
Before they were both even. Its been like that for 2 days and on saturday, i was experiencing some soreness on my
left bicep.
