would love to get to 5% body fat
As for lifting goals i done them yrs ago when i was in my late 20s
Now i just keep mass to size i want and try for less body fat which im trying for now
Long terms goals will better be achieved by setting a series of intermediate goals.
Check out the stickie "2007 Measurable Fitness Goals" in the General Fitness forum and consider adding yours. It's not too late.

My long term goals are to stay functionally strong past my middle age and hopefully stay out of the hospital and pharmacy at the same time. Appearance goals no longer motivate me since I love looking "good for my age".
Another chronic goal is: be able to lift my adult sons (one at a time) and carry them a few steps... everytime we have a family gathering. I love the thought of being an inspiration for my unborn grand-babies. It totally raises the bar for our genetic potential.

Very well put!:

I want to not suck at some of the crossfit stuff.
I want to learn the Olympic lifts.
I want to move away from weights as my fitness axis, towards weights as an ancillary tool.
I want to compete more often.
I do not want to be a star wars toy at a convention, I want to be some kid's favorite that he played with everyday and its arm came off so he glued on a he man one. I'm not in this to be good at this. I'm in this to be better at everything, but that means doing other things.
I want to lose the weight I have on me from when I was pregnant. Which means in the short term I have a goal of lifting twice a week, and doing cardio 3 times a week. Plus I'm not eating anything "bad". So far I'm doing good with the eating, but finding time to workout is a challenge.
