looking for some equipment...

im looking for a squat rack, something i can use to support a free weight barbell for squating, and hopefully has adjustments that can be lowered so i can also use it for bench press. i saw one online a while ago that had what i needed, plus a pull up bar on the top, but i cant seem to find it now. Any ideas?

Try looking for the term "power rack." I think that may be what you are looking for.

hey bodyshop, i would def appreciate the sketch, i have plenty of room, thanks!

as far as the power rack, thats what im looking for, but a variation. sports authority called it the power tower, and they have one now, but the one they have now does not adjust and does not have a pull up bar at the top. i may never find that one again, i just figured it was worth a shot to ask. if you happen to see one, please let me know

I went with the PowerTec power rack for my home gym. Very well built and comes with a pull up bar and dip attachments:

The only complaints I have about it are the hooks are a little deep (I grinded them off a bit with an angle grinder) and the pull-up attachment does not allow for as wide a grip as I would prefer. It would be pretty easy to simply drill new holes and move the handles apart though.

U might be able to find a better price for it in the US. I didn't want to deal with shipping and duty and all that crap so I got it from gomango.

That looks like a decent cage... and $550 is a decent price.

What are the hole spacings on that FMAC?

I'd have to measure them and i'm at work right now. If I had to guess I'd say about 2 inches give or take.
