I read this awhile ago and thought it was extreamly helpful. Since reading it my form has improved tremendously, and with that I have been able to deadlift more. Hope people get a chance to read it, eventhough it is rather long, it is well worth the read.

Very cool. I've sent a link to my DH, who doesn't believe me that the bar needs to drag across the shins. Of course he doesn't do CDLs, and maybe if he did, he'd understand why. Anyway, great article.
