Measuring Those Guns
I recently measured my biceps and found that they made an excellent half inch growth bringing my largest arm to 17.1/4-17.5 inches in diameter. Not bad for a tall guy. How big is everyone elses biceps on this site? I'm still hungry thankfully for even greater size and I really want to know just how much larger they could get naturally before they reach they're maximum size?

mine are up to 14-1/2 and 14-3/8 - lost a bit of fat off them, but there's still too much covering them up.

This is sad.

3N, I'm male - training hard for 2 years - they should be bigger. I don't want a girlish figure.

I wouldn't at all mind if I could get my arms to 20 inches. I'd be quite happy then. I would like to get them bigger but it then becomes a problem for clothes.

Yeah, me too...if you find a way to do that - please share. You are already way closer to that than I am.

mine are atm 18.5'' both arms when not trained and after an intense back workout, or tricep workout they near 19'', and 'im 6ft2'' if anybody was curious.
Welch, i would probably focus heaps on Concentration curls, along with Cambered Bar curls, with 2-3sets firstly with CAmbered bar, then finishing off with 4-5sets of Concentration curls.
I'm a big fan of concentration curls. :

if you want bigger arms overall, it's triceps you want to hit: they make up 70% of your upper arm mass.

Yeah, I work the triceps every arm day just like I'm supposed to. When I bench I keep my pinkies 31" apart so the tri's get a good workout that day too. They used to be even wose than they are now so things are getting better. The 15" just hasn't changed much. It's exactly the same as when I was a 300 pounder - only shaped differently.
I like concentration curls too. When I make adjustments to my workout - I change from standing DB curls to concentration curls. I was doing both, but getting weaker so I guess both in the same workout was too much for me.
I used to love doing preacher curls - but could never progress with them either in size or in strength.

My mistake, i said what i said assuming a sound tricep routine is in place, as they aren't as hard to grow... or maybe its just me that see's that =/
and 70% of upper arm mass now?? i thought it was 2/3rds... 66% another 4% seems a little too much.

I love it, I just want a percheron shoe, not a quarter horse shoe. All in good time.
Actually I appreciate the input from each of you. Now, why don't we have measurements from everyone else? My tris are actually slow to grow - get stronger slowly. I can't figure it out either - they ARE bigger than the bis but can't lift as much weight. Makes me jealous of my wife. She started working out only 2 months ago. She could only BB bicep curl 15 lbs and do 15 lb skull crushers for 4 reps each. She's now doing 35 lbs each. Tris getting stronger right along with the bis.

I hate everybody that has bigger arms than me... Which, with 14,5 inch arms, makes me hate a lot of people... They just don't grow... Bench 260 and row 200, don't help... Tried all kinds of volume, from no direct work to dumb amounts of direct work, all kinds of exercises, all kinds of frequencies... Still no... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
