So I was messing around in the gym today didnt feel like really working out so i thought id just do some sets and stuff. I ended up pressing the 100lb dumbells 4 times as i have not done dumbells in months, i guess that bench press is working out for me :]. I did some dips and DAMN they really give your tris one hell of a work out. My skull crusher also went up, i can do 3 sets of 5 with a 35 plate on each side.
