Muscle Group excercises. favorites
I'd thought I'd start a threat on everyones favorite excercises, for each muscle group.
At least every major muscle group. i.e. Legs. Back. Chest. Arms(Sub Cat. Bis and Tris, etc)
Legs - Squats
Back - Wide Grip Pullups
Chest - DB Press
Off the top of my head those are my favorites I believe. Not sure about the smaller muscle groups. Have to give some thought to those.
So...what's yours?

woo, good post!
Chest - barbell flat
back - pull up!
Shoulder - karl Marlone
bis - close grip pull up
legs - deadlifts!
tris - dips
yeah, I am a lot into the "body-weight" exerice, however, i do use a dip-belt to put weights on for dips.

If you don't mind me asking, what's a "karl Marlone"? Just curious, never heard it before.

Hmm... A "Karl Malone" is this maybe?

Secret #1
Resistance Training Alternating Dumbbell Press on a flat bench - legs off the ground forcing you to keep your body balanced and giving greater isolation of chest and arm muscles. Malone also recommends a 3 n’ 1 shoulder exercise by standing and holding a plate weight. 10 to 12 reps horizontally in front followed by a set at 45 degrees, and finished by one set at 90 degrees over head. Oh yeah, no rest in between sets.
