hot weather. Sweating. Water loss. Diet change with less carbs? More water loss.

Don't worry about it. Real muscle isn't really lost that quickly.

After 3 months of absolute hell that included weeks of not eating, eating only comfort foods (and not enough of those), and a week or so back on the anabolic diet...then repeating the whole crappy cycle...even with the 20lbs of weight loss that I didn't want to lose...

I still got a compliment on my arms a few days ago. It was, "damn, your arms look good, pretty big too". Well, they aren't. They are smaller than most people's but still don't look too bad even after the last three months. And bodybuilding isn't even one of my goals.

So, if a 38 year old/non bodybuilder can still get compliments from the 22 year old chicas after 3 months of terrible eating and worse workouts + a summer spent mostly just conditioning with cheerleaders...you have nothing to worry about in 3 days.

(even if the chica was just scamming for a date she's not gonna get. Hell, I'm taking her to the nickelback concert as a friend, that's enough isn't it?)

unless you weren't eating at all and running a marathon for 3 days in a row i hardly doubt you could loose visible muscle mass. honestly though you seem a bit obsessed with your triceps...

Probably mostly water loss. I know I've lost probably 5 lbs of water weight in the last 3 days from being sick and sweating so much. I've tried to maintain my protein intake and what not so as not to go catabolic(very hard during an illness). Dont worry about it bro, we all have our "muscular" days and not. Its like women and their bad hair days.

I even ask other people if they see anything different and they say they dont. I think it might be because i try to find everything wrong with them lol... If i think they look small ill stare in the mirror for a couple minutes trying to figure out what the hell is wrong. But thanks guys

And yes i am obsessed with my triceps.. i admit it, thats my favorite muscle, I dont even work my biceps out anymore, i just want big triceps cause theyre crazy looking when theyre massive .

You've got Triceporexia and you need help. Seriously though, it sounds to me like you're capitalizing on a strong body part because thats what you see progress in, however you need to train the rest of your body too.
