It's been awhile since I've been here. Just got back into the gym about a month ago and can already see massive gains. K... so today at the gym I was working out the ol biceps. And I get this weird feeling in my biceps, like the muscle is to big and the skin is being pulled way to thin. When I flex, I can't even pinch the skin on the top of the bicep and get any skin. It's impossible. SO I was wondering, if next time I lift, and my bicep gets to big, will it explode out of my skin? Has anyone ever had this feeling before??

Yes, you've lifted too hard, progressed too fast. Your muscles are going to pop out, your veins explode...it's gonna suck to be you.
Just kidding man. No, there is no risk of that whatsoever. You may get some stretch marks from growing too fast but you can use some vitamin E lotion to prevent that. And congratulations on your progress.

yep, worst case is your will get some stretch Mark on your skin, but personally, i think stretchmark is cool, make it seem like i am working hard enough.
