My HST set up

Here is my 2 week, 10-rep set up:

www.colossusweb.net/hst.htm

Please feel free to add work outs --- this is far from done.... If you guys can, please critique soon...I'd be great to start on Monday!

I probably need two or more so workouts per day.

What do you all think?

Not bad. I'll just share my current HST routine with you. It's a very similar A/B setup.
A:
Squat
Dips
Rows
Military Press
Calves
Curls
Skulls
Situps

B:
Dead Lift
Bench
Pull Ups
Upright Rows
Curls
Skulls
Situps

That way, I hit the "big four" in each wokout. You seem to be hitting the big muscle groups too. I wouldn't add anything. I assume you've done this routine throughout the 15s and will continue it in the 5s?

If you feel the need to be doing more work each day, you could throw in some abs, or isolations. Just think of them as accessory exercises, and not part of the HST routine.
