MY last cutting question!

I know theres a lot of questions on cutting...I just wanted to ask one last one:

When cutting, should your protein intake decrease at all? Or is it just fat and carb intake? I know cardio is required as well, but focusing on the diet...what should really be decreased? Because I have a high metabolism Im worried if I cut down on the food too much Im gonna start to lose muscle mass...

You gotta play with the calorie intake dude. Your carbs should be limited, you should have high protein intake, but your overall calories are important to keep in mind. Since you have a high metabolism, start at a number, be strict for the week and see if you drop any fat. You should be looking for 2 lbs a week or so. If you see no change, decrease by a couple hundred calories until you see a change...

The general consensus amongst nutritioinists when cutting is to keep your protein intake high to reduce losing muscle. Lose the calories from carbs and fat......especially the fats that are considered bad for you.
