No body is the same but they all work the same generally.

Most bodybuilders, when they shred down, end up eating almost pure protein when they get closer to their competition. Just ask Todd.

I try to get 7-10 grams of protein per 10lb weight and each meal try to get around 20-25 grams of protein as your body only intakes a certian amount, but i would definately increase protein and maybe gradualy increase your calorie intake, what is it at the moment? Also what food split do you do

Mmmmmm Quorn, I love that stuff! It's a very tasty meatless alternative indeed. I haven't been buying it lately cause of the price and my lack of money, but now that i'm back working, I will definately start getting thier meatless patties again.
