Need Shoulder Routine

Can you guys give me like 3 or 4 good exercises for a shoulder routine. My shoulder is on my leg day so I can hit it hard. All I know is I want shoulder press for one of the exercises. Also, I only have DB's and a BenchPress set and BB's.

The way I like to build a routine is to take a power exercise (an exercise that lets me lift heavy) and build my routine around that. The shoulder press is a great power move. Now you can throw in auxilarily moves. I like side lateral raises, rear delt raises and upright rows. Four exercises should be plenty for the shoulders. I usually go heavy with the shoulder press (meaning low rep), then do relatively high rep on the others.

I agree, hit the shoulder press hard, that's going to be your best all around compound movement. If you can get into position safely, the military press is also excellent but similar to the db shoulder press anyhow. I agree with candy in supplementing with side lateral raises and do some rear db flys either standing bent over or on a bench bent over, whichever is easiest. The pec dec usually has a way to do them which I like more. Upright rows are nice also and don't forget the traps, do some heavy shrugs. Basically everything candyass stated. Hmm, long winded eh? lol

It looks fine. I would find a way to add Db Lateral Raises or just alternate weeks with the front rows, but that's me. I like to hit the sides really well and presses take care of the front enough on their own.
