So i need some help, i want to do another type of training that will...

Tone me out, give me good endurance, build a little more muscle. Without the use of weights.. Is this possible?

Absolutely brother. Check out my article on bodyweight-only training in the Summer 2007 Newsletter.

Definitely check out pierini's article, as well as his journal entries. You'll have no shortage of bodyweight a55-kickers then.

Muscles are built with taxing the muscles, proper nutrition and rest. It is not about what exact exercise or routine. Anything that taxes the muscles with the right nutrition will build muscles.
