New To The Forum

I am new here. I thought I would be polite and introduce myself. I always look up fitness on the net and this forum popped up, and I thought it would be a good chage in pace.
I lift between 3 and six days per week, depending on how my body feels. I am just looking to gain and share knowledge about fitness, especially lifting heavy weights.
I will say that I am an addict. I have to work out. I don't care if I am sick, or if my grandmother is in the hospital... I will workout

Welcome to the forum, PurePower. Hopefully by sharing what we know, we'll all get better at how we get it done!

Welcome, How come your training is sometimes 3 times a week and sometimes 6. Does that mean that you have an injury or, do you not go if your tired. Just curious if you injured yourself at some point. Whats your training routine and diet look like?

No, no injury. It just depends on how my body feels on how many times a week I lift. I just started a new program thought that will be pretty consistent at 6 days a week for awhile. I am trying to get my bench press to new weights and it seems to be wroking well. I started a topic on it in powerlifting.
