I got this idea for a work out program and was wondering if you could tell me if it is a good idea and what not. I put on like 5 pounds since vacation of fat and need to lose that. Shouldnt be hard since i lost 60 pounds this year,
I was thinking about working out 3 days a week. But each day i work out i work out twice. Like go in the morning at 7 am and work chest and shoulders. then go in at 4pm and work chest and shoulders again. Then next day work back and tricep, then next day legs and biceps. and ill throw in abs somewhere. Ill be taking ON Whey and eating protien.
Then i was thinking the days i dont lift do 4 sessions of 30 min cardio. walking, running, sprinting,
jump rope, bicycle, etc. Whatever i feel like doing.
I know it
sounds weird, but i want to lose the weight and add muscle if i could
How does it sound? Should i take creatine? Any other supplements?
I want to try it just to see how it works out.
