I have greatly bared in mind what you people said about boosting your protein intake. I recently increased my protein intake by a good few extra grams, and I weighed myself yesterday ( baring in mind this good be fluctuations) and my weight had gone up by a kilo. I'm going to give it a months trial and see what happens. If it is true.....the sky's the limit And hopefully I will eventually achieve my target weight of 17 or 18 stonne.
