Ok Knowledge Freaks Fill me in on this Question (About HHH)

Guys, you all must know who TripleHHH is, whether your into watching Wrestling or saw him at a previous Olympia with Arnold presenting the Award (or it might have been Arnold Classic)

Regardless, he is like a 6ft4' maybe taller, beast, and what im curious in is his Chest development, apparently he was to write a book on his training (or has already written one)

Anybody know what or how you can achieve a chest that monstrous, and looking that DENSE!!!!! like literally packed slabs of meat on there.???

Same way you achieve size in any other area. Lift and eat, and maybe take a little drugs (not sure if he has or not, but its a possibility) :

I think another part of it is just your genetics. For example, if you look at him, his delts don't have that gigantic "cannonball" look due to the way his triceps and chest kind of overshadow them.

I see what you mean though, they're so big he looks like he's close to having breasts.

I have a freind who had Triple H's routine and was using it for bulking. Im not sure where he got it and he lives in Jersey (Elizabeth, my home town). Next time I talk to him I'll find out where he got it and post it up here. Before I talk to him let me know if you have any other questions reguarding the routine. My freind knows a freind who knows him so he's got alot of info on him including diet stuff...talk to you soon

Yehh Cort, when ive seen Pics of his chest, for example in the Posedown with him against Steiner, even being Cut Up, i dont think even any pro bodybuilder has a chest as thick and densely packed with slabs of Muscle... like you say close to breasts, but it has to be insane.

All i remember is when he was in Degeneration X he was small. After a year he was about 60 lbs of muscle bigger. Highly unlikely he got that way without drugs. BUT, on I think it was Conan Obrian, or some other talk show I saw him on, he said he was drug free. I have a very hard time believing that, but most people that take steroids lie about it anyway.

but like i said, what's the point? it's like clothing: up to a point, the more you invest, the better quality product you're going to get. after that point, it's just show with no practical advantage. having a chest that size is like buying shoes just because of how they look in the magazine or on the sports star instead of how they make you look.

Yes i understand your point, but heck.... i dont care how strong i was if i had an unco body with awkward shaped muscles(thats just pointless to me... strong but ugly body), you train to also look good, and his chest is just jaw dropping to me.

Becuase why do people like Coleman and Cutler bodybuild, not just for their amazing strength(that could be one reason), but they are sculpting their bodies to their perfection (and damn they also look nice physique wise)

Uh, Ronnie is damned strong man. However, he is pretty ugly, just symmetrically ugly lol.

Pro bodybuilders are going for as much muscle as possible while staying as symmetrical as possible. Being attractive has nothing to do with it anymore (if it ever did.)

They really aren't so different from powerlifters, who want to be bigger and stronger, and when you are lifting heavy ass weight with good form, you will develope some kind of relative symmetry or you're going to screw yourself over eventually.

as for Triple H's chest, it could just be drugs combined with genetics. He could just concentrate on chest work a lot. I don't know how someone would replicate it other than working their pecs, eating, sleeping, and maybe taking steroids :

1) Fist of all that guy doesn't even look like he's goin all out. Seems like he could easily pull another 100 lbs
2) He does all that weight with way less comotion while appearingt o be much smaller then coleman.
