Dark, I used to do them all the time. I loved the hard obliques. But since I had a bit of fat over them - they looked like crap so I quit doing them. Not so bad without a shirt, but since I wear clothes most of the time...I try for the V look. Not successfully mind you, but still trying...BTW 115 is some heavy side bends.

JMike, those actually aren't bad looking obliques. No one's going to be calling you a fatty. Did you notice your head fell off?

Yea the pictrues dont look bad at all. I think as you grow more you will look better. I never saw harm in stability, but if your physique bothers you that much you could just do less oblique work.

Yea if i had to comment on what's lacking in your physique i would most definetely say lats need work.
