I agree with this statement, just because of the fact, the mirror is the best tool to use when gauging visual results. in gauging strength maybe also, but that would be better determined by a physical approach.
I can tell if im adding muscle, and doing a better job of eating, and losing fat, based of my appearance in the mirror, and occasional pictures, and measurements taken by the gym, and by my physical strength used when doing things like, my job, football, weightlifting... sex?... just had to throw that in there.
Just a statement... I love the use of the greatest tool ever in my own opinion... the mirror... very beneficial for so many other things than what we touched basis on so far.
