Look im just wondering if this is going to cause my muscle in my left arm to shrink even thought i can still workout and it doesn't hurt

Oh whoops i didnt see the other posts sorry about that, but to what you said i know where the pinmched nerve is... its not in my arm its in my neck but it still makes my left arm feel wierd.

I have this too.
It makes my thumb in my left had feel weak from time to time.
I have to watch how I sleep. I try to only rest on my right side as when I seelp on my left I get this feeling.
I have not had to see a doctor becuse by watching how I sleep I have been able to keep it in check.
I also wear elbow sleves when lifting heavy. (I have to remind myself I'm not a 20 year old lifting weights anymore, and that's tough on the mind LOL)
