This is to Khaine:

I notices how you did no exercises where your hands would
be palms up and vertical, like straight bar curls.

Coventional wisdom says that you should try and
keep your pinkie as high as possible to increase the squeeze,
so to speak, for biceps at the end of the exercise as biceps not
only flex the elbow but also supinate it...

it's just that way too often the "conventional" wisdom
in weight training issues is anything but wisdom,
And I was really pleased to read about your success with the EZ-bar, hammer and pronated curls.
It is a pretty strong hint that the conventional wisdom,
again, is just armchair theoretizing, and has not much to do with actual weight training.

Actually, I do..... Like I said, I try to vary as much as possible and do different curls with different grips..... The above list was really just an example..... The hammer curls are a must though......

I HAVE done the DB curls where you supinate throughout the motion and in all honesty, I think that's a good exercise too..... Burns something serious.....

Barbell rows, chinups, upright rows, and MAYBE, just MAYBE barbell curls are all you need to work your biceps.
