post your progress pic!

I love this board; always a wealth of knowledge, some nice folks willing to answer all my dumb questions, and it offers me a great deal of inspiration for my own workouts.
However (uh oh), I've constantly skimmed posts on people's max weights, incredible workouts, and all these other gym feats that I can't picture accomplishing myself. So, let's see it! Not that I don't believe ya, but post some progress pics for a measly 157lber like me to gain some hope and future goals. Before and after shots would be great, I think everyone would like to see them and perhaps give credit to those who have earned it through dedication and strict discipline. Who wants to be first?

*sigh* I wish I was brave enough to have taken some before pics. This time last year there was 75 lbs more of me. Now it's gone with nothing left to show except some boxes filled with some "very large clothes". *Sniff, sniff, sigh*
