program for each part 2x a week except legs


reason is my legs grow INCREDIBLY well

4,5,6 day split, doesnt matter. bis,tris, delts, chest, back, maybe calves.

Erm, sorry dude, I couldn't understand what type of a program you're on.

What's it like?

one leg day per week, what about the others?
