pushups?


i was wondering is it ok to do pushups everyday? or should i do them on the days i work out chest/shoulders/tri's i was doing them everyday but then i read that that can lead to overtraing. does anybody else do them everyday?

I'd limit it to 4-5 days a week so you get SOME rest. In general I've found I recover much faster from endurance work like high-rep push-ups. When I had no access to weights I had no trouble pushing out 300-400 push-ups a day 5 days a week, among other bodyweight exercises.
