I really wouldn't even bother with Hydroxycut. I've tried two fatburners, so far, Hydroxycut and Zantrex 3. I noticed nothing in the way of fat burning with either of them. I didn't even notice a decrease in appetite, only a DRASTIC INCREASE.

I didn't have any negative side effects with the Hydroxycut as far as I know, but the Zantrex 3 caused me to be extremely irritable to downright crazy when I got angry.

Honestly, just go with good old-fashioned diet, cardio, and weightlifting. I've noticed so much of a difference in my body and even how I feel now that I've gotten my diet totally under control, and I'm using no supplements other than whey.
