I reviewed your journal and I would say for now just keep the routine you have. You've only been on it for a very short time and have been making
strength gains and your numbers don't look all that bad....

Give it a solid 8 weeks- you now have your caliper, and have been given good advice on the dietary aspects. Stick with your plan and monitor, monitor, monitor.... but don't make any changes until you have logged some time on this workout. You need the data....
Personally, I would not split arms to another day until your progression stops or slows appreciably (ie: you are reaching your true training capacity for any particular day and truly cannot improve except by reducing the volume on any given training day, splitting off, and working more intensely on another day).
Use this period of linear progression until it stops working, then think about changes.
