I know what ya mean. I have a bum knee too from ACL reconstruction I had back in the day. Everytime I do squats, my left knee hurts. It's just something I have to deal with I guess.

that's the irritating thing: i haven't had any surgeries or anything like that. i was just born with loose tendons and ligaments. instead of my kneecap riding smoothly in the groove like a downhill skier, it bangs side to side like a luge knocking dings and divots into the cartilege.
