Question about ripping.


What will be more effective?

doing 10 sets with 5 reps or doing 5 sets with 8 reps? Rigth now, i am rotating weekly.

10 sets seems like alot, my routine involves 5 sets of 8 and its a good workout. as far as i know they will both be somwhat similar
