question on chin up


if i did a regular chin up

with a grip wider than shoulder length but not really wide

palms facing away from me

and pull in up so i do a forward chin up

is this mainly a back,shoulder or lat exercise
or all in one

which body part day would i fit it in
i also do reverse chins on my lat day

train back.

the biceps quite

hard as well

the lats, traps,

teres, rhomboids,

rear delts, biceps,

brachialis, and

a whole bunch of

other upper body

muscles

Palms facing away from you are pull ups. Palms facing towards you are chinups.

What muscles are effected by the direction the palms face for wide grip pullups?
