Quick AB???

What would be the best way to workout the abs? Right now i do 2 sets of 55(sit-ups) but was wondering if i should do like 5 sets of 25 or 30? Whats a better workout or what do you do to get good abs?

Believe it or not I found it better to do less reps and sets with more resistance. I mean, I'll do 3 sets of 15 holding a plate on sit-ups. And 3 or 4 sets of incline crunches holding a plate directly above my head with my arms straight. Then I'll do light set of 25 to tone and warm-down.

You do not need to do high rep sets for abs, as many believe. Work abs like any other body part, doing reps in the 6-10 rep range with resistance. Work them once per week, twice max, and then let them grow, just like any other muscle group. But remember, you also need the proper balanced diet to go along with what you do in the gym, in order to develop your ab muscles, as well as see them.

Getting your abs more defined or "cut" comes from diet alone, not training. Lower your body fat more, and then your abs will be more "cut".
