Quick question

today im ready to start working my legs, abs. but my legs especially around the upper thighs are very tense right now, hard to walk actually. should i skip to my next routine which is triceps, shoulder and chest or just go ahead with working my legs. its not that it hurts, its just very tense and tight especially when walking.

If legs are scheduled and they can handle the work - do them. If they can't let them wait a day or two until they can. If it is just DOMS, work though it.

lol a girly man

if you can handle the weight on your legs, work em
if they are too sore, dont.

as for doms, i myself would rather wait untill they are completely gone before working the same muscle out again

LOL - Don't get bent out of shape. I think he was just trying to motivate you, not insult you.

Warm up thoroughly with some high-rep, light sets (maybe 50 percent of your working weight). Once the blood starts flowing, that tightness will dissipate.
