Read: Max-OT Exercises and Modified Training Routines?????


i have heard of this Max-OT documentation but i can't FIND IT!!!!!!! can someone please give me a link to it or a site that explains in every detail max-ot and its principles

all i have to say is i know its a long....long...long read but trust me the way they explain it actually does make sense. PLUS(its FREE)of course you dont have to follow it to a T, adjust it to you and happy lifting

GOOD LUCK :
I would follow as much of the basic principles as possible to a "T" if you want optimal results. They format it and lay it out the way they do for a good reason. Just my $.02 worth though.

By the way aptar - the guy that just posted that does max ot. I'd say his $.02 is worth considering. Look at the pics.

yes as we all know todds 2 cents are much higher then market value

btw todd if you read this what type of supplements are you on or would recommend for max-ot

Have a look at this post as well as this entry. That gives you an idea of what I am currently taking.

Other good supps to take if you have extra money to spend are:

NAC
ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid)
BCAA's
