A friend of mine bought me a Hugo Rivera book and I like it as it had a lot of info in it. I was reviewing his exercise plans and had some questions...
Heres an Exerpt....

Inc Barbell ---10Reps 10Sets No Rest
Pull up 2 front ---10Reps 10Sets 1 minute rest
SUPERSET#2
Chest Dips ---15-20Reps 2Sets No Rest
Close gr Chin up ---15-20Reps 2Sets 1 MinuteRest
SUPERSET#3
My questions are this
A-For SUPERSET#1, Obviously I can't do 100 reps right in a row unless I use a
light weight so how long do I rest between each of the Inc Barbell sets even though it says No rest?
B-Do I start off with a heavy weight and lower it or do I start kinda light in hopes I Finish all 10 sets?
