Rest period Questions

A friend of mine bought me a Hugo Rivera book and I like it as it had a lot of info in it. I was reviewing his exercise plans and had some questions...

Heres an Exerpt....
"Hypertrophy Phase Volume Training"
Monday Chest/Back/Traps
SUPERSET#1
Inc Barbell ---10Reps 10Sets No Rest
Pull up 2 front ---10Reps 10Sets 1 minute rest
SUPERSET#2
Chest Dips ---15-20Reps 2Sets No Rest
Close gr Chin up ---15-20Reps 2Sets 1 MinuteRest
SUPERSET#3

My questions are this
A-For SUPERSET#1, Obviously I can't do 100 reps right in a row unless I use a light weight so how long do I rest between each of the Inc Barbell sets even though it says No rest?

B-Do I start off with a heavy weight and lower it or do I start kinda light in hopes I Finish all 10 sets?

Your knowledge is totally appreciated :

Since it says to superset, those instructions indicate that you would do a set of Inc. BB bench, then, with no rest, to and do a set of pull-ups. After the pull-ups, you rest 1 minute, then go back and do that same sequence over again.

Same thing with the dips and chins in superset #2.

Use a weight you will be able to get all the reps for, it will probably feel light for the first few sets, but trust me, 10 sets of 10 will destroy you.

Thanks F-MAC I do appreciate that. Makes alot more sense. I actually have a home gym http://www.ironmaster.com/store/customer/home.php
and a gym at work with machines and dumbells so I don't really have people to ask. That is why forums are so darn cool. Love the information. :
