Right bicep smaller than the left

Hey sorry if this question has come up before but what can I say? I'm too lazy to search.

I noticed my right bicep muscle is about 3 inches!! smaller than my left. And the strange thing is I'm right handed. So anyway I added in some concentration curls for my right arm only at the end of my usual arm routine, and today while I was working out I added on a extra heavy weight during my alternate bicep curls for my right and the same weight I usually use for my left.

Just checking if this is ok or if I should try a different approach to even them up?

3" is a pretty big difference. Try loading and unloading your plates with the hand on the smaller arm. Also try training it first - that way the other one doesn't have the energy to get an extra rep. ie let the weaker arm set the pace of your arm training. Same not only for curls but for your tricep work. Too many people neglect the tris - big mistake - huge bulging biceps look puny when sitting on tiny tris.

Add a loaf of bread to the back of your arm and you'll be happy with how it looks.

i wouldnt use conc curls to add mass. they are designed to 'peak' the mass that already exists. stick to dumbell curls/barbell curls with the straight bar, not the ez bar. take a_welch503's suggestion with letting your weaker arm set the pace - my left arm used to be weaker than my right, now they are even by using this strategy.
