Any feedback is appreciated, I just want to get a routine sorted and stick to it for a few months instead of keep changing it.

Evening:
MON - Chest & Tri's
Wide grip bench Press = 4 sets
Close grip bench Press = 2
Incline dumbbell press = 3
Flat flyes = 2
Reverse curl = 2
TUE - Legs & Abs
Squats = 4
Leg Extension = 2
Leg Curl = 2
Dumbbell side leg raises = 2
Leg raises = 2
Weighted Crunches = 4
THUR - Shoulders
Military press = 4
Shrugs = 3
Lateral raises = 3
FRI - Back & bi's
Deadlifts = 3
Bent-over rows = 2
Chinups = 2
Barbell curl = 2
Lying dumbbell curl = 1
Designed this from looking at various sites but I'm not sure if it's actually enough sets? Any suggestions?
