I'm not a fan:

1) Curls don't need their own day, and definitely not 2.
2) Don't need 2 days devoted to bench press
3) No back (please don't start with the "bench works my lats hard" stuff)

You ask a ton of questions about gaining size and critiqueing your diet, yet you still design a workout like a gym rat. I will give you props for putting the squats in there though, well done. I think you would do well to read up on 5x5 training, Rippetoe, or Iron Addict's simple power based routine over at his site (I know f-mac will approve).

Be prepared for similar comments from others. Not flames, just critiques of an unbalanced plan.

Yeah yeah, well ive been on it for a bit. And why not bench 2x a week? Whats wrong with that? I deadlift once in a while for my back. And the bench press does hit my lats, since u know alot about bodybuilding u should know if you work your back out your bench press increases. Lats play a role in bench press. Along with groups of other muscles. And whats wrong with having curls on their own day? Bench Press hits Triceps Shoulders chest and lats. So why not have curls on their own day. And to refresh your memory i never asked a question on this post. I just posted a routine thats it.. So chill mate

Its cutting into time that you should be using to make your workout more balanced, i.e., back, shoulders, more than one leg/core exercise.

The deadlift is one of those "if I only had 3 exercises for the rest of my life" exercises. It's not one that should be done "once in a while", at least with the brevity of your proposed workouts. You need to get the most bang for your buck if you are doing one exercise everyday. Ask the OLAD guys if they were using curls.

Lets read these points you make. (1) Working your back increases your bench, (2) you bench twice a week... why would you not work your back then?

They are an accessory exercise for a small muscle, they do not necessitate their own day. I think I've done curls 5 times this year and I'm stil managing 17" arms, cold.

A discussion forum seems a silly place to post a thought you don't want a response for. Write it in your diary next time.

Ok lets start from here... I wont work my back too much because im not going for so much strength im going for some size. So strength doesnt really matter to me. And the curls 2x a week seem to be working well for me... and last thing it seems like you dont like me, so idk but anyways i really dont want to start an argument again please just leave it at this ok?? I just posted my new routine i never emnt to start a fight so i apologize for any harm ive caused..

Working your back does not mean you are strength traiing per se. There's a lot of mass to be gained by working your back... on your biceps too...

Yeah compound exercises pack on the mass. Ever since i got back into bench press my strength has increased and so has my size. One other reason i dont like working my back is because when i do work my back it gets sore and i have to work alot so im standing all day im a stocker at publix so im lifting and standing all day and that really hurts my back especially when its sore..

I agree with everything mav has said. Less curls, more heavy compound stuff. And if I hear "i'm going for size not strength" one more time i'm going to put a bullet in my head. Do you not realize that these 2 are inter-related? How many tiny guys have you seen that can bench 400 and squat 600?

I agree with everyone else here about making a more balanced regimen, but I'm not gonna flame you. If you like it, and are pleased with the results its giving you, keep it up. But seriously, why post if you don't want any suggestions?

Also I just have to add

It's not the routine I would choose for myself...but if you like it then do it. Be sure to get your pics with the current (for that day) newspaper submitted in time for the "before" and the "after" to show us how well it works.

See, a way to show if anyone actually has any idea what they are talking about or not.

Your going to shoot urself now come on.. Look i already took ur advice F-Mac im training for strength right now. I want my bench to be up and i want my biceps to be bigger. And its working quite well. When i first got back into bench 2 weeks ago i couldnt even lift 135 7 times . Now im throwing up 225 3 times. So my strength is going up quite a bit :]]

Also i know quite a few little guys who throw up 2x their body weight. My buddy Matt weighs at 138 and throws up 315. Hes a beast!
