Dingus, this has been asked and answered about a gajillion times already. It seems about once every 3 days or so someone posts this exact question as one of the first things they ask. Please use the search function.

Try searching for "Jaster" and "Workout". That's a good one and it will get you BIG. Besides, if you read through all those journals you will see a whole bunch of different workouts to try.

Did you not get any direction/information from the "bunch of journals" you found? Keep on READING, READING READING AND READING :

I am a lurker and all I do is read/search. If I have a specfic question, I'll ask and then some kind heart will come and answer me.

Cursor has an excellent thread about 5-day split, 3-split routine.

I have decided to follow the 5-day rountine. Here is the link....

Now I know this sounds like it's not much but if done with the right weight it will kill!
Use a weight you can lift 8 reps with good form.
Lift 10 reps each 3 - 4 sets
Day 1
Dead lift, Bent over row, Pull ups, Barbell curl. (You can add in Incline DB curl or Preacher DB curl)
Day 2 rest
Day 3
Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Military Press, Jaster Shrug, Triceps push down. (You can add Skull Crushers or Triceps over head press or Dips)
Day 4 rest
Day 5
Squats, Calf raise, Leg Curl, Leg extension (You can add Box squats or Front Squats)
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 Rest
Repeat
