Should i see a doctor?

Ok, after working my legs out on sunday (making up for missed day on thursday). Today at work, i was experiencing some minor pain on my knees that i got twice but also, went away quickly. It only lasted for about 20 minutes and i can only feel if i bend my knees.

yes.

do NOT mess with your knees. odds are, it's nothing, but you don't want to take the chance and find out different.

I agree with threenorns. It may not be anything, but you still might want to have it checked out. I have a bad right knee myself and have to modify some of my leg routines to work around the injury.
