Shoulder Question


I trained my chest yesterday and I'm training my shoulders tommorow, my shoulders are still a bit sore from indirect work. Should I train them tommorow still?

not if they are still sore when u attempt to train.

I do chest of tuesday and shoulders of thursday, works out for me.

No. You won't have much strenght in your front delt if you hit it hard with bench press.

In the future, avoid this by either training chest and shoulders the same day, or putting them at opposite ends of the week.
