Shoulder workout ?

Hello to 1 and all again
I have changed my shoulder workout and sometimes when i think i know it all, I confuse myself with knowledge.
Just have a peek and see what you think.

2x 6-8 barbell press
2x 6-8 Dumbbell fr raise

2x6-8 Dumbbell lateral raise
2x6-8 Cable lateral raise

2x6-8 rear Fly
2x6-8 cable rear pulls

3x 10-20 shrugs (or) upright row

Now all are welcome to comment beginners to vets.

I think you have it covered. For variety and to give the iron a break, on a lazy day you could do some handstand holds with your feet against the wall for balance. Or if you are capable, handstand pushups, again feet against the wall.

Are you doing that workout once a week?

Have a great day!

I cover every body part once a week as i work away in London 3 days.
I did try doubling up but found it shattered my energy levels to much.
Always nice to see you on here Pierini

I can only agree with pierini.
Your current scheme looks complete.

But I love handstand holds and presses. They are challenging, fun, and are guaranteed to get you stared at by most everybody in the gym, so where nice underwear.
