Just out of curiosity...Ive been gonig to the gym for around 3 years...I used to be VERY skinny.....now I have a respectable body....
A friend of mine however has never been to a gym...lazes around all day, smokes weed...eats about 1-2 meals a day....usually
fast food, but has a better build than me. He looks like he goes to the gym but he really doesnt....hes got a 6-pack, well built and defined arms and chest etc...
I know some people naturally have these builds but how does he sustain this on 2 meals a day + no activity?
