soreness after each workout
I have been following max-ot training rules for about a month. I had great gains in strength. for example I started with 160 lbs on bench and last workout I did 4 reps with 220. So, every week I increase the weigths by 10-20 pounds but after each workout, I have that soreness like I just started lifting after a long break. Is it good or bad?
