IMO, regularly working to the point of throwing up is unnecessary and demotivating. How long are you going to want to continue working out if it's making you puke regularly? Maybe I just don't have enough will power, but for me, it would be not very long.

Hi Willie,

I hope I didn't scare you off, but if you want it bad enough, you have to train hard and sometimes "Pukie" might pay you a visit. Nothing to be afraid of and it may never happen, but what are you afraid of if you really want it bad.

You did make me think twice. I have never thrown up from a workout and would like to keep it that way. I will let you know how it goes after tomorrow.:
