I am kind of worried about the repeats. They sound very difficult. The throwing up part doesn't sound all that appealing. We'll see how it goes.
IMO, regularly working to the point of throwing up is unnecessary and demotivating. How long are you going to want to continue working out if it's making you puke regularly? Maybe I just don't have enough will power, but for me, it would be not very long.

I hear ya. I think I will be fine. He did make me think twice.
I hope I didn't scare you off, but if you want it bad enough, you have to train hard and sometimes "Pukie" might pay you a visit. Nothing to be afraid of and it may never happen, but what are you afraid of if you really want it bad.
