Feel free to offer other advice if things look a little out of shape.
i am doing max-ot and i just dropped the 1 rep....i really found no use for it, if anything just do 4 reps of the right weight acc set then go into the muscle building sets. also i dont like changing the weight if i have to,lol

Jiddu - Well, you can read, talk to others and learn all you want, but NOTHING beats real hands-on experience. Keep that in mind too!

NOTHING beats hands on experience, I must agree with that. I posted an article here not too long ago and it stated that science is often miles behind weight lifters due to the fact that weightlifters are always experiencing with new things, and scientists often do not get real hands on experience, its lab tested which takes away from the realism, while weight lifters are all hands on.

Thats why science is science, and experience is experience. ID rather have experience on my side anyday.
