Stay in Shape ?


:confused: Is it worth doin 2 sessions a day 1 CV and 1 Weight, i have only been doing 1 session and i dont do enough CV as i find i dont want to spend to long in the gym of if i do CV before my weight training im knackered what is the best way to stay lean but get big, i swim after every workout but i dont feel as it is enough, my diet is good 6 meals a day, 2 shakes and my vitamins, Also any reccomended supplements i only take Reflex Whey should i take more e.g glutamine thank you

for optimal results, do lifting and cardio on separate days. if you do them on the same day then do cardio after lifting.

post more info. age, height, weight, fat %. also your complete workout regimen and a sample of your diet.

I disagree. As long as your cardio and wieghts are spread out there is no reason not to do both. I'd avoid an all out killer cardio workout but if you were to jog 20 minutes first thing in the morning then lift after work that'd be good.

lift around 10 and then run around 3 if your schedule permits it
