Yeeea, big injury week for me...
Anyway, when doing
dumbbell presses today, after finishing my first set and fetching the weights for my second set, I felt a pain in my pectorals... Felt like a severe case of DOMS, except that it obviously occurred way too fast...
I was able to finish 5 more sets of flat and incline dumbbell presses, ignoring the pain and breaking my
personal record on dumbbell presses (100s for 3 reps)... I assume I didn't pull or tear anything, as that would have prevented me from finishing these sets, so what was this...? A strain or stretch of some sort...? Cramps...?
