Hi Gang:
I have strained my elbow, similar feeling to 'tennis elbow' a pain running from my elbow to my wrist whenever my arm has to deal with any force. It isn't the muscle, I know the difference. I think it is due to the sheer weight of my
hammer curl exercises and not to poor technique.
I have been doing them for quite a while and I guess age is creeping up on me!
I just wondered, what is my best plan of action, should I refrain from any exercise that strains my elbow until it heals, use much lighter weights or can anyone suggest a substitute exercise that works the biceps that puts less strain on the elbow?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I really don't want to stop lifting!
