Strength building workout?

I am a sophmore in highschool, bout 189 (for wrestling) bench is about 245, squat 315, and dead lift is around 375. But in my mind i am still very weak and i guess thats how u should always look at yourself. I am wondering what is the greatest exercises for strength gains in chest, shoulders, biceps, legs, back, tricep and so on. I have the endurance and am plaining to run on off days. So if someone has a workout they have used that gives them sufficient muscle gains, I would appreciate any help...

check out www.fortifiediron.com and look under their powerlifting and olympic lifting workouts. or you can find out exercises at www.exrx.com. try to stick to compound exercises and do a lot of olympic lifts. i have found that doing lots of bnodyweight exercises (expecially pushups and dips) will majorly increase your strength. Good luck this season. You wrestling varsity? Just to let you know i'm a freshman wreslter so i've tried these thing and they work.
