I am a sophmore in highschool, bout 189 (for wrestling) bench is about 245, squat 315, and
dead lift is around 375. But in my mind i am still very weak and i guess thats how u should always look at yourself. I am wondering what is the greatest exercises for
strength gains in chest, shoulders, biceps, legs, back, tricep and so on. I have the endurance and am plaining to run on off days. So if someone has a workout they have used that gives them sufficient muscle gains, I would appreciate any help...
