Stress and anger relief

Anybody had one of those days that is soo stressful and so aggriavating that you just want kill anything that walks...
well, most of us around here Im sure hit the gym to get rid of that frustration right?

Well, what is your favorite stress relieving workout? any particular stress reliever routine that works well for you?

for me i think its 20 rep squats...either that or what i call the workout from hell, which involves running a particular circuit until you puke basicly

That's almost my everyday as of these last few months. I even had a breakdown of some sort, felt nauseous and weak, nervous and still angry. (I've been cheated of a lot of money and much is owed)
Anger just doesn't work for me for a workout. I get my best when I'm just feeling good, the more good the stronger I am.
But that doesn't do me much good, huh?
Maybe I need counseling.

Heavy bag workout. Beat the hell out of it to relieve anger and stress.

Anger doesn't belong in the weight room, that's just asking to get hurt. Catacholamines and endorphins can give you extra strength and stop the pain that gives you the signal that you are going too far...leading to serious injury.

Grrrrr!

Mr Anger and stress will kill you or damage the heart.
Worry stress anger wont pull money back so dont torture yr self over it.
Let it pass and be a bigger man than yr problem.
Just let it be a lesson in life, this way you will let it pass and you will feel better.
When angry just stop and think ! what i just posted:
Not easy but you will do do it
